Welcome to Seaside Clinica Veterinaria! This is a unique opportunity to own a well-loved veterinary clinic in the inviting beach town of San Juan del Sur. Centrally located, Seaside Clinica is a valued part of the community, serving a diverse clientele that includes both locals and expats.
The clinic is fully furnished and includes both indoor and outdoor storage, and features two fully equipped exam/surgery rooms—one of which also serves as a grooming space.
Additionally, the clinic benefits from shared overhead costs with SOS Animales Nicaragua, which helps reduce expenses. Its established marketing presence on Instagram and Facebook further enhances its visibility and appeal.
Seaside Clinica is currently staffed by two veterinarians, a general manager & groomer, and a clinic assistant. Additionally, it is supported by both local and international intern programs.
It offers a range of services, including consultations, soft-tissue surgeries, vaccinations, blood and laboratory tests, pet travel documents, parasite prevention, and grooming services.
In addition, the clinic is the preferred choice for SOS Animales Nicaragua and Escamequita Love, drawing a steady stream of patients from both rescues.
The leasehold space is ideally situated in a central, easily accessible area within a residential neighborhood, offering a welcoming environment for clients and their pets. The landlord is seeking a long-term tenant and is committed to a smooth transition. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian looking for a new venture or a passionate animal lover, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
The current owners are transitioning to focus on their non-profit work with their organization SOS Animales and family commitments.
This is your opportunity to take an established clinic to new heights—contact Gordon MacKay today to learn more or arrange a tour! Financial details will be shared with serious, qualified buyers, and financing options are available.
